Hi all,

Well was up very late watching BBC News 24 so have just got to work (dead
tired).

Kathy, glad you're okay.

declaration?<

What's strange in this kind of situation is that the enemy is missing. If
these attacks had been carried out by a country then today we'd be in world
war 3, but we're not, in fact what we've really seen is mass destruction
with no clear aim or objective aside from to destroy people and places in
the US. There's all this speculation about who could be responsible but I
wonder what the motif is.....I mean a clear definition e.g. The attack on
the WTC is in direct response to event X.

What's interesting is all it took was a few people with knives to do all
this. In fact knives were the only weapons involved...no bombs, guns etc.

Anyway, thanks to those of you who shared your thoughts about this. I'm off
to check the latest.

BTW - I wonder if this is going to be like Oklahoma and the culprit is an
enemy within as it were?

cheers,

Sol.
