Hi, I have just recently joined the Fluxlist and have been enthralled over the last few days reading what's going on. I for one support your idea of a U.S. Department of Art & Technology. I would propose starting it even without Bush's approval. We may not get the immediate access and funding as other cabinet positions but the need is there and we could still do the necessary work.
