Secret tribunals, unlimited detention. Like soneone else mentioned first subversive foriegners, then foriengers, then subversive citizens, then citizens who have read the Daily Worker.
We already have laws that keeps proceedings secret if they have a bearing on national security. Why do we need secret tribunals. It's one of many things we have to pay attention to and write to our congressional representatives about. Benjamin
