We Multiply!
Calling all artistbook makers and conceptual artists. You are invited to take part in Field Study's survey of artworks in multiple. The 'Multiple' in the age of mass reproduction has a rich history from Marcel Duchamp's Bo�te en Valise and Jenny Holzer's matchbooks, to Martin Kippenberger's socks. We Multiply! will tap into this spirit of the mass production to show case works created by you. Please send 2 or more pieces from an edition and include a brief description about the work. The theme, size and medium of the works are open, but the artworks have to be part of an edition ie. multiple. All works received will be exhibited during Adult Learners Week in September 2002. Works will not be returned, but will remain in the Field Study collection, but all participants will receive a documentation of the project.
