Hi Carol, Captain Birdseye is the mascot of Birdseye fishfingers (assume you have some fishfinger like product in the US, Birdseye is a US company), he's dressed like an old sea captain with a big white beard....appears in cheesy TV commercials talking like a pirate and encouraging kids to eat as many fishfingers as possible.
