Why tolorate the insults of old fluxfarts whose stench they misconstue
as the scent of a rose and for whom the definition of the word flux has
clearly degraded into "The discharge of large quantities of watery feces
from the intestines". This is a sign of sickness! Therefore...
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, LET IT BE KNOWN
Due the the unfortunate circumstance that the name fluxus has been
registered by the Fluxus Corporation, (an entity unassociated with the
original art publication and group of artists by the same name and a
fitting end to fluxus art. Here! Here! Long live Flux.)

and as there is no official arts group called Fluxus, all things Fluxist
are now the property of The FluxNexus. The FluxNexus is a self
generating, self validating, loose association of artists, non-artists
and anti-artists who work in, study, produce or live in a Fluxist manor.
Flux is hereby designated as a word whose definition remains in a state
of Flux other than the general meaning of "to flow or flowing"
Hence, from here forward the FluxNexus is the living vessel of Fluxism.

The FluxNexus hereby confiscates to itself the history, legacy and all
that had been pure, living and of value in what was known as Fluxus.
This includes the inheritance of all intellectual properties copyrighted
as Fluxus.
The FluxNexus is, with this declaration, the official successor of
Fluxus and all things Fluxist.

The FluxNexus is an officially recognised organization by the COREO
