These notes were taken in conjunction with a pleasant young man from Leeds
whose name I've forgotten but it was something like Fabrice and hopefully he
will forgive me for having forgotten because I'm just dreadful with names
and besides I tried to remember really I did but at least I remembered he
was from Leeds (you were from Leeds, weren't you) and that ought to count
for something don't you think?

NB: Allen Bukoff is now my best friend in the whole world because he gave
me stuff. Clearly, like the Manhattan indians, I can be had for a handful
of trinkets.
