Have you seen the food-related Sun and Moon Press tome? It's fun--we tried to do a Sun and Moon Press cookbook as a sort of fundraiser for the press, and solicited recipes from out particular canon (John Cage, Jackson Mac Low, Fanny Howe, Charles Bernstein, etc) but didn't get quite enough--I only remember Cage's recipe, for oatmeal with seaweed.
