You can set up a wiki page - and link it to other pages - at the metamute twiki.

I openned a page at:
http://youarehere.metamute.com/twiki/bin/view/Home/KameleoN

as you can see, I haven't gone that far with it - but wikis are supposed to be a 
collaborative, not individual environments. In any case, the metamute affair operates 
on Twiki, I suppose a similar system could be used.
