Dear Carol (and all)   My address book arrived today Hip, Hip, Hip, Hooray!   Complete with MaciunAs Monkey on the front   USA 23 Canada 1 Uraguay 1 Great Britain (England) 2 Italy 1   No this is not the medals table from the World Hot Dog Eating Championships, but a Freeformfreakout Organisation Ad Hoc Demographic Surveys Division, Ad Hoc Demographic Survey.     We could have an anagram competition using the zip codes (well the lettery bits anyway.
