are you provoking a debate on the nature of the english language ? in the UK, as you should be aware, defence is a word and defense is not ... hey this reminds me of the film 'Falling Down' starring Michael Douglas the film was the instigator of riots and dictionary burnings for british audiences purely because 'defense' is not actually a word and there's my bit for international relations
