Speaking of recipes - we frequently traded these and one of hers was for this, potentially, great pie (can't remember the kind - brain cramp time...)... I say "potentially" cause I first made it EXACTLY to her specifications and it was sooooo completely wrong that I swore that she was seriously mistaken - great differences: easily twice as much in certain ingredients that had to be called for. After multiple attempts to get it right and numerous emails, she told me to just mix the ingredients up in my head and, then, just think of her - hahahahaha! - incredible... god, i miss her...
