Hi, all

If I were throwing a Fluxus party - I'd invite Fluxus artists, historians, critics and poets, anyone
who wanted to learn more about that movement, who wanted serious discussion,
who were searching for the truth, who wanted to play with Fluxus ideas, understand them, extend them, dissect them, dance with them.
And I wouldn't mind if people just came along to find out more. Or were just curious. Or wanted to start a new Fluxus movement. Or thought Fluxus was alive and well. Or thought Fluxus was dead and buried and wanted to pray the night upon its grave.
Or if some people just wanted to listen to the music, try the cheese and little snacks and admire the wallpaper, that would be fine by me.
I wouldn't mind the geeks who got together in groups of two or three and talked in a special techno-language.
I wouldn't mind that some people talked about non-Fluxus things now and again. Or offered to take the dog for a walk. Or had furtive sex in the bedrooms.
I wouldn't mind if people voiced ideas different to my own. In fact I'd welcome that.
I wouldn't mind if people left early or stayed until the end.

But hey, I'd kick out any obnoxious drunks or troublemakers.
I'd kick out anyone trying to start a fight.
Why the hell not? If it were my party...
