OW,  John & others, that was not intentional.  There are gremlins in 
the system, or in my brain.  I'll reprint the books with the correct 
track configurations (& spell Rod Stasick's name correctly this time) & 
anyone who wants a reprinted booklet should backchannel me & I'll send 
you a new booklet.

The less discriminating can print out an errata from the following

Apologies to all whose tracks were labelled incorrectly.  This is what
