Alan, I have those images. Melissa sent them to me...but I wasn't intending to use them for the cover as the resolution is too low. I was going to include them in the introduction. I've done several other possible cover designs in the time I've been sitting on this project, however which one gets realised will be whichever is most economical to print. cheers, Sol.
