bowman has asked us to pass on the the information that he (or rather we of the fffo with him watching more like) will be partaking in the 'return to sender' show at "waygood" in newcastle upon tyne. the show is based around fluxus on the one part and mail art on the other. more details to follow as and when we recieve them. (all we know is that alison knowles and joel fisher are taking part - knowles will be in bowman's home town and he won't! and that a lot of robin crozier's work is to be included) things kick off on the 14th may!! even though we aren't sure just where, how and why... the fffo will be producing sound pieces based on information gathered from visitors to the show and the waygood gallery mailing list. pieces will be 'composed' here in venice and sent via email to the gallery - the result being a series of individual pieces for persons unknown and a symphony for waygood - "fffo-rts-pr sim-phoney" (?) there! we passed it on... can we go now? thine stan-anne olley & laurel-ann hardy fffo blah blah blurb division
