Hvae been watching the "transit of venus" through
binoculars perched on rod rest pointed at white sheet
of paper pinned to board in back garden. a tiny spot
slowly moving across the suns disc. a bit wobbly but
quite an event no to be repeated for a hundred years.
makes you realise how small and insignificant george
w. bush really is!
