For those of you who know Joris Meltzer I have some sad news. In his last mailing he wrote me that he has lung-cancer, and they can't cure it. He is now undergoing Chemo-threatement. Joris has produced over 2880 postcards over the decades and I have met him in 1985 in Amsterdam, 1992 at the DNC in Antwerpen and Den Haag, ans he always surprised me with his beautiful cards that he sent to my p.o. Box. On his last cards he also states that the receiver should realize that the series of cards soon will be ended. If you want to reach Joris, you only have little time. He lives at: Joris Meltzer, Stationkade 16-2, NL-1077 VK Amsterdam, Netherlands. I was very glad Joris sent me the news so now I have the chance to say goodbye to him.
