thanks michael
that site is old and i didn't really do a good job with the images. I've got a house full of photos of fluxus folk, just dont have the webspace :-( they would make a pretty interesting gallery of 'everyday' fluxings. you should read 'my life in flux' it's quite endearing. i enjoyed it, emmett writes in a way which reminds me of my dad. i have been extremely fortunate to have spent a lot of time with emmett (we have a common love of red wine !) he has been very kind to me, I am very fond of him. I discovered fluxus through finding a book featuring some of emmett's work and several years later found myself trailing the streets of maciunas' soho with him. magic! pure magic! (i'm filling up here!) one of the best things that ever happened to (in my artistical career)me was emily harvey discussing some of my work, and more particularly my approach, on a par with that of emmett. (i don't necessarily agree with her, but what a buzz). Oh that and emmett kissing me after my performance of tomas schmidt's zyklus in genova. did you witness that bertrand? emily was for once speechless and i think i cried - that might have just been the chronic leg cramps though! alaqn
