I knew her for about thirty years. We met in college and our paths have always crossed. She and I also worked in a gallery together in the 80's. She was loads of fun to work with and she loved the contemporary artists affiliated with the gallery. I'm not sure how she discovered Fluxus but she insisted that I get involved-even signing me up on fluxlist herself. She was John Held Jr.'s girlfriend at the end of her life and he influenced her work a great deal. She always came to my house for parties and was always just there. So its been very hard for all of us in Pacific Grove, not to mention John Held when she died rather suddenly of cancer. Dawg
