put the bottom of your front teeth, if you have them, lightly on the inner
top of your bottom lip, blow slightly as a wind as if you were to say
feather, but just past the 'f''  put the tip of your tongue at the top of
your your mouth directly behind your two front teeth, perhaps touching them,
and release the breath, delivering 'uh' upon your tongue to the world. open
your mouth with a slight drop of your jaw and resonate the 'uh,' from the
diaphragm . We'll just start you off there, practice that for a few days....
