the following scores may be performed as individual pieces or together as one piece.
roll your eyes until it hurts. when you feel pain close your eyes tightly. open eyes
and repeat.
with your arms by your sides palms facing your thighs, point the index finger of each
hand inwards whilst keeping the rest of your fingers rigid. thumbs may be placed
across the palm or move freely. repeat until the muscles in your forearms ache.
wriggle your toes until you destroy the insoles of your shoes and/or you feel muscle
pain in your shins.
bite the area inside your mouth just below and behind the bottom lip until ridges form

actions. Crispin and anyone else who'd care to try performing one or all, i'd be
interested in any feedback. these things and other associated problems feature in my
work, but ata a very fundamental and almost subconcious level. for a long time i've
considered trying to use these experiences to make work - but have never found a
comfortable way of doing so. anyway I digress so.......
