SCREENING SCHEDULE

The schedule for the New York festival from November 12-21st is posted on www.nyfilmvideo.com under the �schedule� link.

Every filmmaker�s request was taken into consideration and followed as closely as possible. The film schedule is finished, so please do not call or e-mail asking for your film�s screening time to be changed.

SCREENING VENUE & SEATING CAPACITY

All films will be shown at Village East Cinemas, located at 181 2nd Avenue (at 12th Street) in Manhattan�s Greenwich Village neighborhood.

SCREEN A: 179 seats
SCREEN B: 168 seats
SCREEN C: 174 seats

TICKET PRICES:
All screenings at 12, 2 and 4pm Monday through Friday are FREE.
All screenings at 6, 8 and 10pm on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday are $10.


HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS

Click on the �TKTS� icon next to your film�s title. You can also call ticketweb at 1-866-468-7619. Tickets are $10. Again, if the screening is at 12, 2 or 4pm Monday-Friday, it is a free screening and will not be listed with ticketweb.

TICKET BLOCKS

You can purchase a block of up to 25 tickets thru ticketweb at www.ticketweb.com, or by calling 1-866-468-7619. Many filmmakers chose to buy blocks to give out tickets to friends and relatives who want to attend their screening. ACCEPTABLE FORMATS

The festival can screen on 35mm, BetaSP NTSC (NOT Beta PAL), and VHS NTSC. Please do NOT submit a DVD. We have had many problems with receiving low quality DVDs for festival screenings and will not be held responsible for any DVDs that skip or stop.
PLEASE NOTE: NO PAL Formats will be accepted.


FESTIVAL HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS

The festival recommends that all filmmakers go to www.hotels.com to find accommodations for their stay in Manhattan.
