That sounds great!  I have a friend here with 4-track I can use as he has wanted me to for a while, to do sound poems with.  I also have one of those tiny reporter's cassette recorders--which is great for picking up all manner of sounds, voices, noises and things snatched off of passing musics booming away or the voices now on the tv screens aboard some of our buses.  These tell you the time, the date and the number of the bus.  There are videos on all manner of subjects and a lot of "Travel Trivia" and word games to play.  After a while you have seen most of them!  but is just 0ne more voice on the bus--an intrusion--a cutting in--

I had a strange sonic experience on the bus one evening--got on and three other people riding.  One large young man was plugged into his portable cd player and making sounds and rocking away with body rhythms--another man on cell phone, aggressive yuppie business man type--and the third--was talking very loudly to himself--

i realized i was the only one who heard all three, let alone anyone else at all present!
