Don, If you meant Alan Bowman - you can click on the text that says "0 comments" or whatever # comments to bring up a comment window.
If you meant Allan Revich - Clicking in the wee "paragraph" symbol on the right edge of the article title opens the article with a comment space. I only recently noticed how obscure the comment icon is, so I have added a text link to the bottom of each recent article to make it easier.
