Yes the Gocco printing method is very like screen printing but on a Lilliputian scale- just right for making postcards. mark came to our house last year and made a limited edition of 500 cards for his PRINT MORE POSTCARDS project which was great fun and only took a few hours (allowing for drying time). Its a shame they are so hard to get hold of in the u.k.
