Process DVD Exchange Call for Proposals Process is a DVD exchange in which 9 artists create a limited edition of 10 DVDs. I will provide the DVD cases so that they will be universal as well as make 10 boxes for each set. Artist will be responsible for creating 10 DVDs and printing inserts for the cases. Upon completion of the materials artists will receive a box containing 9 DVDs by 9 artists. The 10th copy will be used for exhibitions. The details: All work must be (16:9 widescreen format) Work should be no longer than 6 min. DVD content should not include any menus or titles. The disc should be set to load the video on powering the DVD player as well as loop the video when it reaches the end. This exchange should be thought of as similar to a print exchange in which each artist makes a closed edition for the exchange. All work must be signed and numbered on the disc. Printing on top of DVDs as well as using plain white or silver DVDs is strongly encouraged and perhaps mandatory. If accepted you will come away with a great collection of Video Art.
