Aha! I found it!:  why is the omicron no longer a daft blue?

daft blue is my current favorite color.
a poet round these parts, her name is June, begins one of her poems:
"Spring spends her gold so recklessly" and I must now add that Spring's blue
is definitely daft.
at least in this parts

I was in grizzly mode--missing the intensity of the Spring happening

A poem to Kate:

immense gratitude
for coming to my house
asking me about my rituals
bringing me outside
a ride in your paddy-wagon
pointing out the window--"look!"
as if I were your bobbling younger companion
in the streets of New York--
"Look around you!" you command
as older cousin.
Performers in nature we--
let's go see
let's go be.
