get the internal microphone to pick up audio. So I was wondering,
whats the best way to get audio into JACK and out of the speakers at
the same time?
i usually practice with moc (http://moc.daper.net/), which is a console
audio player. the nice thing about it, that it starts jack if it is not
running. one just starts moc and connects to moc:output0 from fluxus. if
you prefer gui players, most of them have jack plugins. like xmms-jack
(http://xmms-jack.sourceforge.net/) for xmms.
