hi Kassen,

As far as I can tell we have MIDI input, but no MIDI out. I'd like to
request enabling this as I do believe RtMidi does support it.
this request was added to the fluxus task list long time ago. since i'm 
not a musician, what would be the useful syntax to control midi output?
