hello everybody, i am new to this list and very beginner with fluxus, although i admire it since long.
i am mailing this list because i need some help in developing a fluxus script to display and visualize information in a database of metadata. the metatada system is organized in entities and the entities may have relations among themselves; these are either semantic or genetic. what i would like fluxus and the script to do is to display those entities in some symbolic way (even with a dot) in a sort of virtual space (the world populated by those entities), and lines should connect those dots/spheres whereas there is a relation among them, so to say red lines with a vector for genetic, and white (or whatever) for semantic. this visualization is part of a simple software project, the whole thing is a prototype so the database will be rather small. this system of graphs should be running in real-time, and when a new entity or a new relation is created in the database, that should appear in the visualized virtual world. the work, including *hopefully* the fluxus script, will be displayed in a gallery in london pretty soon. i am happy to get my hands dirty but i need help from somebody experienced so to speed up the development. please contact me off list if you are interested and you think you can help achieving that, i live in london but working from a distance, although not ideal, is also welcome. a report will be sent on this list when the project is ready. best wishes, xname
