I ran "racket makehelpmap.scm" in the docs dir, but it seems to have gotten
stuck.
generating the helpmap takes about 4 minutes on my computer with 
occasional long stalls. it might be a bug, but it seems to work at the 
end. maybe try to wait for a little longer.
