Minor fix; Negative frequencies fed to (sample ) used to cause a small glitch. I changed that to those causing reversed playback, probably the expected behaviour. This uses the already present facilities for that. While I was at it I changed the help example to refer to "sample.wav". In combination with Gabor's fix to the searchpath issue that should make the example play "out of the box".
