We agreed to keep Friday and Saturday evenings available for shows and
art events. Saturday morning or afternoons would be OK until 4 or 5pm.

I thought I read someplace that the Oct 4 show with Elementra was either
cancelled or moved to a larger venue. Does anyone have any updates on
this? We should get a deposit, I have no idea who the promoter is.

Something to give some thought to. Food Not Bombs has offered to give
us something for the gas they use cooking. Since they are only there 1
or 2 days a week for a couple hours I suspect this is negligible.
However once they get those chest freezers online it's a different
matter as those run all the time. Speaking of which, when are they
going to get them out of the meeting room? I invited them to send
someone to our next meeting.
