No one else I contacted has replied and it doesn't look like a
complicated job. I say go for it.

Tuesday. I called Oaks Roofing and they said it would be $275 to have
someone come out and survey the roof and that would include the first
2 hours of work. Each additional person hour after that would be $85.
From what I've heard we might only need a quick repair so the flat
$275 might be all we need for the job.
If there are no objections I can go ahead and schedule the first visit.
