I have an event that my co-host needs to approve asap for the sake of their schedule so I didn’t want to wait for next week’s meeting. Is it okay with everyone if we host our next Jazz Night on January 25, 5-10pm?
I also wanted to buy a calendar whiteboard to display right outside the front door to showcase all the events we have that month. I mentioned it during a meeting and the idea got approved but I didn’t request a specific budget yet. The one I found on Amazon that would work well is $30. If anyone has any issues I’ll not order it, but if everyone is cool with it I’ll order it for us and ask to get reimbursed next meeting!
