Could I meet you tonite and get enough to cover the materials and maybe
a bit more? Plus some extra to cover any over runs. what we don't need
we can apply toward the labor.
He'd like to get started this week because both his and the Squirrel
have light schedules.
Also any paper work we might need to avoid the sales tax

I leave tomorrow at noon and will be returning Friday evening. If it
can wait till next weekend, we’re good. If you need it ASAP, just tell
me when and where to get the funds to someone tonight or tomorrow
morning.

I just heard back from Mike Johnston on the ceiling
Materials cost will be a little over $700. Labor will be $1200-2000,
probably toward the lower end as these already comply with the
fire code
and do not have to be coated. But with a building that old there
could
be unforseen issues or need for additional materials.
That grade of material is only available in white. I think we
wanted to
go with white anyway as it will approve lighting especially for art
work. Other colors are available with the more expensive ones but
we'd
be talking an additional $300+
He would like to start the work ASAP. I expect to be around to
let him
in as needed. Mario are you in town? He's going to need funds to
purchase the material.
