Hello,
Let me introduce myself—my name is Jake Goldstein or “Jukebox Jake,” and I am a local musician in the Central Mass area. I sing, play guitar, and I am a solo performer. I am emailing you because I am wondering if you had any possible playing opportunities to perform for the 2025 season. For the past several years, I have played at many different bars, restaurants, farms, wineries, and performance venues throughout the state of Massachusetts, ranging from the Berkshires to the Cape. Although I have been performing throughout the state of Massachusetts, I am reaching out because I am interested in performing at different venues throughout New England. Most notably, I performed at the famous site at Woodstock in Bethelwoods, NY, in the summer of 2023, opening for Dierks Bentley and Jordan Davis. I perform a wide variety of music throughout the 50s and 60s, including country, rock and roll, folk, and classic rock. The artists I cover include Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins, Dion, Fats Domino, Donovan, Wings, The Beach Boys, Bob Dylan, Buddy Holly, Chuck Berry, the Beatles, Little Richard, the Rolling Stones, Sam Cooke, The Everly Brothers, Jerry Lee Lewis, Wanda Jackson, Tom Petty, Bobby Darin, CCR, The Grateful Dead, Cat Stevens, Johnny Cash, and Hank Williams. Along with covering many artists, I also write and perform many of my own original songs as well. You can find many of my original songs on my Facebook as well as my Instagram. The original songs that I write emulate the acoustic sounds of Bob Dylan and the play on words of John Prine. I write songs about empathy, crafting songs that everyone can relate to.
