Mike has not heard back from Fire Marshall regarding extinguishers
There are 2 extinguishers in kitchen, at least one upstairs
Exit signs need to be reattached. Mike will do
Ceiling tarps are awaiting pickup
New stove is in kitchen but gas is not hooked up. Gas jets need cleaning
Meetings regarding downstairs floor are on Fridays

United in Anger discussion and film showing Sat Nov 18
film is about AIDS movement

Dec 2 and 3 conflicts with Corn Hill holiday tour

Sun 12/10 would work for us but they would have to put into one day

Charles Dickens tea events
Thurs and Fri beginning Nov 16 until Dec 29
all day downstairs
in conjuction with Hallelujah Tea
Thanksgiving Dinner Thanksgiving Day 11/23
this will be a sit-down dinner for a fee
downstairs and kitchen
meal will be pre-prepared or possibly catered, kitchen for prep/heating only
REPORT BACKS
Both music shows went amazingly well
Blaise wants to do more shows in 2024
Downstairs soundproofing really helps, shows upstairs should no longer preclude
meetings downstairs
We have a contact with St Peter and Paul kitchen for food donations, need
someone free during the day with car to pick food up
IWW needs banner made for table
