Due to death in Vanessa's family the Dickens events are cancelled until after Thanksgiving REPORT BACK Brunch and activities were resounding success Suggestion to have a second outdoor brunch on or around Memorial Day EVENT REQUESTS January 5 music show (Blaise) approved January 6 Lilac Boy approved Wednesday Welcome (Open House type event) 5pm every Wedneseay suggested having at 6 or 7 for better turnout Approved for Nov 15 and 22 after that will need to coordinate with Vanessa & Mike Rochester Mutual Aid Network Heated Blankets event skill share how to make heated blankets requested Fri Dec 15 upstairs 3:00-11:00 approved BUILDING REPAIRS Chris will be here on Fridays at 5 to meet with people regarding building repairs
