No objections to any of the requested events from me. Please let me
know if they've been approved and the calendar updated so I can set the
heat accordingly.
While we're on the subject of the heat, I have inquired several times if
the tea and other downstairs events during the day have been resumed and
have received no reply. I have not been setting the heat to run during
those times. These are 8-12 hour blocks of time and it gets expensive
to run the heat if no one is actually using the space.

Good evening All,
We have a couple more requests that require expedited approval. Let
me know if there are any questions or objections for the following:
1) Gabrielle and the PSL would like to have an Art build on Sunday
from 4 -7. The upstairs is clear at that time. They said they will
pass the hat for donations.
2) On a previous email I mentioned the NAC wanted the downstairs on
Saturdays from 1-3. They would also like 1-3 on Sundays as well. I
offered them the upstairs so it does not conflict with the Tea events.
3) On 12/30 Claire Mcklusky would like to hold an event. The date is
clear and I will include her description below. What would a good
donation ask be here?
"Some friends and I have been brainstorming a communal semi
educational event that includes dinner and live music. I'm curious if
the kitchen is operational for people to cook there or if we would
just want to do it as a potluck.
We wanted to do this on 12/30, to set up at 4:30, start cooking around
then or at 5:00. Then eat at 6:00 and have music with a break in the
middle from 7:00-9:30. We'd be out of the building by 10 or 10:30.
NYRA, a group of people with substance abuse disorder who distribute
harm reduction supplies and share education around that. They would be
involved in the event, setting up a table for distribution and doing
training, and it would be a fundraiser for them."
Thank you
Christopher
