Hey folks, It's that time of year again! The entertainment license is due on Jan. 31.
Currently, I am listed as the applicant who is applying for the license. Come Monday, that is no longer the case. So, someone needs to agree to put their info down, answer the questions, and go see a notary public at the bank to sign off on it. It then has to be sent out at least a week before the 31. Sooner is always better. As these things come up, I will hand them off. Also, I am no longer checking the mail. I did a last run earlier this week and will hand that job off. Bills and renewals come through the mail, so it needs to be checked twice a month. I will be paying the RGE and the building insurance one more time. Luckily, those are both done digitally through the Genesee Coop Banking webpage. Speaking of the coop, I am not intending to deposit money anymore. Someone needs to step up and take checks to the Genesee Coop and have them deposited in our checking account. We also need a treasurer to step up and get listed as someone able to withdraw money and pay bills (sign checks). This person cannot be affiliated with FTP or the grant because of conflicts of interest. Again, I can set up the new spreadsheet, but I AM STEPPING AWAY.
