I didn't know there was a heater in that fireplace. I would say leave
it where it is. Anything to help get more heat into that room is a
blessing. We could move it to the basement in the summer or during
renovation if it gets in the way.

As far as the fireplace/mantle - I do not plan on bringing it
back to our house, so it can be part of the Squirrel. It can stay
in its current location or be moved to a different spot. Or if
folks think it’s not appropriate . . . the mantle can be placed
on the curb and the electric heater can find a new home.

Hello all,
Just want to confirm, is Food Not Bombs in the clear to cook at
the Squirrel Saturdays from ~4 to 6, until further notice? In case
you haven't heard, the South Wedge Mission gas stoves are unsafe
and need to be replaced, so we can't cook there. Just want to make
sure we're not stepping on anyone's toes.
We will need both the kitchen and downstairs folding tables/bar
area to prep and package our food.
If all in the clear, can you add us to the website calendar?
