Flying Squirrel General Meeting April 16 2024 EVENTS Free Art Collective Fashion Show May 11 approved Food Not Bombs cook for Tex (memorial) 4:30-7 April 18 Chris will confirm downstairs Show Request Debatably Stable Deep Disdain July 14 7-10 Jewish Voice for Peace Passover Tues 4/23 6-9 there is an acoustic music show upstairs that night we will let them know Dress rehearsal 4/20 2-4pm approved but must be out by 5 there is a music show that night (Blaise) FNB to finish kitchen floor April 27 and 28 10-6 Play Rehearsal Sun 5/26 2-4:30 upstairs approved Crochet Class (FNC) May 4 2-4 downstairs Show compensation Squirrel will take 50% of door up to $225 each then the rest will go to bands Upstairs paint day need to figure out how much white (or off white) paint we need REPORT BACKS April 6 hardcore show went well April 12 Rap show went well no security issues stick with Zane bands we booked in future avoid factions
