Free Art Collective Music Show July 20 Film “Clarissa Uprooted” Sun May 19 3-6pm Chris will have flyers printed and will bring snacks Free Art Collective Hardcore Showcase July 6 Laura will contact bands this is to hold date approved Free Art Collective show July 7 July 7 is a Sunday we need to find out if Corn Hill Neighbors need dates for backup rain location for their concerts in the park Music and Art show June 7 art downstairs music upstairs Laura will see if bands mind coexisting with art event Laura and Z will coordinate together approved Free Art Collective showcase Rain day alternative venue Sun May 26 approved 50th birthday party Sat June 15 There is a “hold for concert” message on that date, need to check with Gabrielle Chris will see if party could reschedule pending BUILDING Downstairs ceiling Agreement is to use Luan panels coated with fireproofing material Need to hear back from Alex on cost of materials We will have Mario purchase materials so Alex does not have to front money Chris will put out on email list for collective approval We have people to help with prep work Alex and crew can hang panels Still need to decide on light fixtures Doorbell for side door Chris will get and install
