Hello, My name is B and I'm a non-binary queer business owner. I've previously been operating a cottage bakery law abiding business out of my home but I don't get a lot of traffic in my neighborhood. I'm really hoping to be able to scale up and that will require the use of a commercial kitchen space to make my items. I always have leftover baked goods after a sale day that I donate to people in need and various food pantries in my community. I would be happy to donate those items straight to you all. I would probably want access in and out on friday to manipulate the dough while it proofs and then early on saturday morning. I would need a prep area on friday, a convection oven or rack oven on saturday and access to a decent amount of refrigerator space overnight on friday night. This could be an every week to every other week occurrence. Let me know if you have any of these things available and if you'd be open to letting me use them. Thank you so much,
