Saw internal chatter on this, but no formal response to the discussion alias. Take it you're on a sun4v system, and this message is sourcing from the SP. If so, this could happen if many errors are detected during POST. POST queues up error information for ultimately delivery into Solaris. Search of the bugs dug up this: 6750734 Continuous output of "ERROR: Failed to send a fma event(rc=11)" during POST This has been fixed in firmware.
