Probably a very simple one this one but I couldn't find an answer in
the Archives.
I have a DGN file with a idgs_linkage{0}.word{3} attribute that can
have NULL values. How do I filter features having NULL values for
this attribute into a separate output dataset?
The TESTER only allows for filtering non NULL values.
