Are you sure the value is something else than Null or 0 (by the way, 
there is a significant difference between the two)?

Since igds_cell_sequence is a format attribute (and I've always had the 
feeling they can be tricky in use), you may want to try using an 
AttributeCopier to copy it to a new attribute and use that.
