Hi Sharon, does your SID-User-pw-combination work in SQLplus? Maybe you have to add the hostname to the serviceName to get a working SID. Like "dsr92_geodat" where dsr92 is the oracle service and geodat is the hostmachine. :-) Christine Regionalverband Ruhr
